The Launch of GoGBA One-Stop Platform
Today is the launch ceremony of GoGBA One-Stop Platform. It marked an important milestone of a collective effort from HKTDC and OctoPlus team for the past several months.

Patrick said, “Launch of our new #GoGBA one-stop platform aimed to deliver user-friendly and practical day-to-day tools for all businesses #venturing into #greaterbayarea. We were much encouraged by GoGBA being the first-mentioned item under “Market Development and Economic Recovery” section in Hong Kong Chief Executive’s Policy Address in Nov 2020. “
The Chief Executive, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mrs Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor and Deputy Secretary, CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, and Mayor, Shenzhen, Mr Qin Weizhong both gave speeches at the launch ceremony.
HKTDC’s GoGBA WeChat Miniprogram provides one stop for business support on the GBA, offering tools such as public health updates, map, transportation guide and a day counter for individual income tax purposes.
Honorable Moments:
- OctoPlus team managed to deliver the successful launch of this mini-program on time in just three months, a good demonstration of teamwork, project management, and technical development capabilities.
- The platform requires a connection with multiple national data platforms and multi-language versions. The integration with international API providers enables valuable and efficient real-time data processing.
- Worked with Tencent on cutting-edge technology to realize more complex mini-program functions.
Moving forward, OctoPlus team will support HKTDC continue upgrading the GoGBA Platform and support companies around the world in achieving bigger success in the Greater Bay Area of China.
